I very much liked the design of the building and it was in a perfect location both for local shopping, restaurants and of course the tapas, the room was magnificent and the views out across the street were spectacular, the reception staff were in particular very helpful but generally the staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, the bar area was excellent with good service too.
The breakfasts were excellent, good choices the gym was excellent with a good variety of machines all round.

We found the hotel perfect for us as rooms were extremely large in the middle of the city, clean, clean and fantastic shower and bedding.
Rooms are also provided with free internet access in the tv and films and music also for free using smart tvs.
We will recommend to all the japaneses travelling to madrid.
