Reading areas, tertulia room, a spacious dining room where we serve breakfast and dinner, a dovecote converted into a playroom for children and different places to get away and unwind.
A natural spring feeds three ponds, and affirm their presence in the prairie old examples of camellias, magnolias, chestnut, oak. The pool area will make the warm summer days more bearable… In winter a large fireplace will heat the room while we dine and chat. 8,000 metres carefully designed garden
Enveloped in a sea of green, it’s hard to decide if this is a house set in a garden or vice versa. The luxury of space makes it ideal for children and couples alike. There are two large terraces, and many green areas to enjoy nature and to relax in good company or a book. Children have room to run and play.
The generous 8,000 meter plot has been transformed into a neat and yet rustic garden where the pool harmonizes perfectly with the raised granary and the dovecote, in other times emblems of the strength of the old farm house.
This country residence vaunts a lush lawn, a bamboo forest and a spring abunding in water feeds two ponds while century old camellias, magnolias, chestnut and cherry trees scent the meadow.
In spring, the camellias are stained red and white while the chestnut and oak trees sprout. In autumn dominate the yellows and ochres as orange and other fruit trees offer their generous fruits. Different shades of green relax the spirit in summer and the magnificent pool makes the heat more bearable. In winter, soft rays of sunlight pass the decidous trees to be reflected on the grass and ponds.

How to get there
From Madrid:
Leave Madrid on the A-6 motorway towards Lugo. After approx. 270 kms take the A-52 exit toward A-66/León / Ourense / Vigo / Oviedo and shortly after take exit 267 on the left to merge onto A-52 toward Puebla de Sanabria / Ourense / Vigo. After approx. another 240 kms and having passed Ourense, take exit 240 to merge onto AG-53 (which later turns into AP-53) toward Santiago. Take exit 24 toward N-525/N-640 A Estrada / Bandeira / Caldas de Reis. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit, likewise at the next roundabout – take the 2nd exit onto PO-7014. After approx. 4 kms turn right onto N-640 and after another 20 kms turn right (there is a salmon-painted house on the left). Keep straight and watch out for a sign to A Pedreira.
